I love a good {faux} leather jacket. They’re cute, versatile, can be worn in any season {except for southern summers. the heat. gah} & can go with SO.many.things.
Seriously, grab one the next time you see one on sale. They’re a fantastic classic piece, depending on the cut of the jacket. Big shoulder pads? Yeah, totally dated. Fitted, sleek, and a little bit shorter? Perfect. This is just three ways I’ve styled mine. It can go from day to night with just a few minor changes.
For day- go with jeans, a tank or fitted sweater, and a fun accessory. I wore it with an oversized scarf one day and just a cute necklace another day. Two totally different looks though! One had knee high boots, while the other had booties. The booties look is a slightly more casual day look, but they both work if you need to look pulled together in a hurry.
For evening- have fun with it! I wore these amazing leopard print Jessica Simpson heels {aren’t they fabulous?!}, fitted white pants {on clearance from TJ Maxx y’all}, and the cutest red wrap top from The Loft.
