Simple to make and absolutely delicious, this Steak Salad is a perfect lunch or dinner!

When I’m making salads for dinner, I love to grab a head of lettuce and roughly chop it so it’s as fresh if possible. If you’re in a time crunch, just grab a bag of ready to eat salad saves you a few minutes! This would be delicious on mixed greens, romaine or anything that has a great crunch.
1-2 pounds rib eye steak (about an inch thick)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Combine all spices in a small bowl and whisk.
Rub your steak with olive oil on all sides. Dust completely with the spices on all sides. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the grill to 400F for searing. Get the grill nice and hot.
Use a pair of tongs to set the steak on the grill and close the cover. Let it cook for five minutes. Flip. Let cook another five minutes. Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Pairs beautifully as a salad with mixed greens, avocado slices, goat cheese or blue cheese, and red onions. Drizzle with more blue cheese dressing.
