1.

Layer- meatballs, pasta, sauce, water in jar to top of label, cream cheese on top.

2.

Close lid. Manual for 10 minutes.

3.

Play with your kids, scroll your phone, read a good book, hide in the hall closet with some chocolate… I’m not judging!

4.

Natural release for 2 minutes once it’s done cooking. After that, let it release and open it. It usually takes about 2 minutes to release all the steam for mine.

5.

Mix it up REALLY well!

6.

Enjoy!

Couldn’t be any easier right?! I like to throw some fresh spinach in it right before I mix it up as it wilts from the heat rather quickly. I’ve served this as is, with garlic bread and salad or with steamed broccoli. This makes a huge amount, so unless you’re feeding 6+, you’ll definitely have leftovers! Win, win!

What do I serve with this Instant Pot Pasta and Meatballs?

Since it’s such a full dish, it doesn’t really need anything else! I like to mix in fresh spinach at the end, but serving it with a fabulous salad like this Kale &’Chickpea one or this Spinach Salad is always a good idea. These yummy Baked Avocado Fries make for a delicious appetizer. If you’re planning an easy dessert, whip up these Lemon Cream Cheese Crinkle Cookies or try this Lemon Ginger Bundt Cake!
