Instructions
Layer ingredients in your pressure cooker. Meatballs, pasta, sauce, (empty sauce, then fill jar with water) water, cream cheese.
Close lid and set for 10 minutes.
Once it’s done cooking, let it naturally release for 2 minutes & then quick release.
Mix well and enjoy!
