Easy Homemade Hamburger Helper

– 1 pound ground beef – 1/2 cup onion diced – 1/2 cup tri color peppers diced – 2 cups beef broth low sodium – 2 cups whole milk – 16 oz macaroni noodles – 16 oz tomato sauce – 1 tbsp minced garlic – 1 tsp paprika – 1 tsp oregano – 1 tsp parsley flakes – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 2 cups mild cheddar

Ingredients

Brown the ground meat. peppers, and onions together. Drain excess grease or use a paper towel to blot.

Once browned, add spices.

Stir to mix, then add in broth, sauce, milk and pasta.

Bring to a boil then turn heat down to simmer.

Cover with a lid and cook for 12-15 minutes, until pasta is done. Stir occasionally to ensure pasta doesn't clump together.

Remove lid when done, stir in cheese, allow to melt and enjoy!
