When I was in middle school, I was constantly picked on for my size (y’all, being an overweight 13 year old is HARD), my obsession with books (bookworm here!) and my awful yellow teeth. Make your impressions according to the directions. This is key y’all!
When you’re ready to whiten your teeth, brush your teeth with water-not toothpaste- right beforehand.
Whiten anywhere from 45 minutes- 3 hours, it all depends on your preference.
Brush teeth with a non-whitening toothpaste to get the remainder of the gel off your teeth.
Rinse out the trays with water and desensitize for 20 minutes.
Doing this right before bed typically garners the best results so you aren’t eating and drinking after you whiten your teeth.
