Strawberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole, also known as Strawberries and Cream Breakfast Bake, is a great breakfast for feeding a crowd. This easy to make breakfast recipe is full of yummy strawberries, cream cheese and cinnamon rolls for a perfect sweet, dessert inspired brunch.

How to Make Strawberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Ingredients: 1 Package of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls with Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing 8 OZ Cream Cheese - softened 1/2 C Sugar 1 TSP Vanilla 1 Can Strawberry Pie Filling

STEPS: 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

STEPS: 2. Open the cinnamon roll package and set aside the icing. Cut each cinnamon roll into six pieces, then set them aside.

STEPS: 3. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.

STEPS: 4. Add half the strawberry pie filling and stir to mix.

STEPS: 5. Stir in the cinnamon roll pieces until they're thoroughly mixed.

STEPS: 6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

STEPS: 7. Top with remaining pie filling.

STEPS: 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

STEPS: 9. Allow the casserole to cool for around 10 minutes, then top with the strawberry icing that came with the cinnamon rolls.
