Mother's Day Strawberry Roll


This strawberry roll recipe is perfect for Mother's Day brunch with how easy it is! It is deliciously simple for a Mother's Day brunch sweet breakfast recipe while also being packed full of strawberry flavor!

How to Make a Strawberry Roll for Brunch


1 Package of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls with Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing 8 OZ Cream Cheese - softened 1/2 C Sugar 1 TSP Vanilla 1 Can Strawberry Pie Filling


STEPS: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

STEPS: Open the cinnamon roll package and set aside the icing. Cut each cinnamon roll into six pieces, then set them aside.

STEPS: In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.

STEPS: Add half the strawberry pie filling and stir to mix.

STEPS: Stir in the cinnamon roll pieces until they're thoroughly mixed.

STEPS:  Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

STEPS: Top with remaining pie filling.

STEPS: Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

STEPS:  Allow the casserole to cool for around 10 minutes, then top with the strawberry icing that came with the cinnamon rolls.
