I don’t know what it says about me that I was craving sweet potatoes & brussels sprouts (seriously, since I had Emms- I love them!), but they’re my favorite veggie combo. I actually remembered to get bacon & red onion this time (thanks Instacart!) plus real maple syrup, so I could finally make this! I’ve been playing around with a few different versions of this and couldn’t find an exact recipe on Pinterest, so I came up with my own. I used a Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple, but regular old garlic powder would work just as well. Tossing the glaze and adding the bacon to the veggies once cooked makes it so much better than regular roasted sprouts & potatoes. My kids, who loathe Brussels Sprouts, willingly ate them all! #momwin

Totally forgot to mention, make sure you spray your sheet pan… I always spritz my veggies with some avocado or olive oil right before I pop them in the oven as well.
