Simple Syrup – 1/2 cup water – 1/2 cup Granulated sugar Hot Cocoa – 3 oz Peppermint Schnapps – 3 oz Chocolate Liqueur – 5 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa – 1 cup milk – 3 tbsp sugar – 1/2 cup crushed peppermint
Ingredients
Make simple syrup by dissolving sugar in water over medium heat. Allow to cool and pour into a glass jar.

Dip the rims of the mugs into the simple syrup and then into the crushed candy canes. Set mugs aside

Add milk, cocoa and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until cocoa and sugar are dissolved, and the mixture is warm.

Add peppermint schnapps & chocolate liqueur.

Pour into mugs. Garnish with whipped cream, and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
