Lemon Cream Cheese Crinkle Cookies

A sweet and easy to make lemon cream cheese cookie! These fun to make cookies are a cinch to whip up and so tasty. Perfect for spring and summer desserts!

  • 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened 
  • 1/2 Cup cream cheese, softened 
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 lemon Zested
  • 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cup flour
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper 
  • Using a large bowl, beat together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt 
  • Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until combined and fluffy 
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time until combined 
  • Beat in the lemon zest and lemon juice until combined 
  • Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms 
  • Pour the 1 C powdered sugar into a medium bowl 
  • Using a sppon or small ice cream scooper, scoop a small amount of dough into the powdered sugar and coat it by rolling it around 
  • Place the dough onto the cookie sheets 
  • Repeat steps with remaining dough 
  • Bake the cookie sheets, 1 at a time, for 11-13 minutes or until a light golden color around the edges
  • Allow to cool before enjoying!
