Lemon Cream Cheese Crinkle Cookies

Love a good lemon-y Christmas cookie? These lemon cream cheese crinkle cookies are just what you need. Packed full of lemon flavor and easy to make, these are a great Christmas cookie!

– 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened – 1/2 Cup cream cheese, softened – 2 cup sugar – 2 eggs large – 1 lemon Zested – 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice – 1 tsp salt – 4 cup flour – 4 tsp cornstarch – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 cup powdered sugar


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and in separate bowls combine the dry and wet ingredients. Sugar goes into the wet!

Cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar then add eggs one at a time. Follow by the lemon + lemon zest.

Fold in the dry and be sure to not over mix. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Pour powdered sugar into a bowl. Use a small scoopers to scoop out balls of dough and roll in the sugar. Place on a prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 11-13 minutes or until you see a light golden color around the edges.
