Round Coffee Filters Washable Markers Water Paper Plate Blue Paint Cotton Balls

Fold the coffee filter into quarters. Make sure it is laying completely flat and then use markers to draw a rainbow on the quarter.

Fill a small bowl with water and paint on the water to the coffee filter. Watch the colors swirl together. Allow to dry completely.
Step #2
Paint half of a paper plate blue. Once the coffee filter is dry, unfold half way and glue to your plate. Add cotton balls for clouds.
