30 Minute Banana Walnut Muffins

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar - 2 large bananas - 2 large eggs - 1 tsp vanilla - 3 tbsp whole milk - 2 cups flour - 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp allspice - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350 and line a 12 count muffin tin with liners.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Then add mashed bananas.

Add the eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the dry ingredients to the batter. Mix until the flour is well combined. Batter will be lumpy from bananas.

Coat walnuts in a small amount of flour to help them from sinking to the bottom of the muffins. Stir into batter.

Spoon until liners and bake 17-20 minutes until done. To check for doneness, stick a toothpick or butter knife into the middle. If it comes out clean, they're done.
